Jeannie O. said it best in what could almost be a Yooper poem. “A Yooper is a person who is native to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. A person who will help his/her neighbor and understands the meaning of the word “hospitality”.

Jenny-O, the turkey lady? Hmm

A federal judge ruled today that the Rightwinger's incompetent orange clown does not have Executive Privilege in perpetuity.

Too bad this judge can't fill-in for Merrick Garland who is clearly is in the weeds about what to do about Donald Trump and Steve Bannon. coffee

Poll responder on "Whats a Yooper?

Apparently,
Once you're a Yoop
you're a Yoop all the way,
From you first ferry ride
till your last dying day

OK, I gave up somebody explain. If I shoot you, and you try to shoot me back because I shot you, and I shoot you again, how does that count as self-defense?

"I took an assault rifle with me just in case anyone thought I was a threat and needed to defend myself against plastic bags, skateboards, and guys with their hands up because he was afraid I would shoot him, just like the first two guys!"

He brought up Rittenhouse beating the shiit out of a woman two weeks earlier, and saying he would shoot people if only he had a gun.

I saw snipets of the obviously politically biased Judge berating the prosecution. I dont think having a pussed off "so called judge" is a winning tactic.
Much moar ominous is the prospect of having half of the national jury pool being Rumpists, and trying to get a unanimous verdict in any criminal trial involving anything with political overtones. And, since everything is now politicized, are all rump criminal immune to criminal prosecution?
I can already hear the MAGGOT crowds outside of courthouses chanting: DEADLOCK the jury up!
We should all be worried about such blanket lawless immunity!
