This was from August not today when the Frigging Fifth "so called court" proved it's more dangerous status, by halting Biden's vaccine or testing mandate for businesses.
Friggin Fifth court halts vaccine mandate A 3 "judge" panel, one from Reagan and 2 from Rump ruled, and it will now go to the entire court, but there seems little chance they will reverse this. So then it's off to the SCROTUS for a fair and balanced opinion. I report, they decide!

Now cant Garland just remove these batshirt "justices? Lying, cheating, and stealing have consequences in elections. Att. General Barr would have fixed this had the tables been turned by a liberal court!
