Opinion: The 5th Circuit of appeals court staking out a claim to be America’s most dangerous court, This was from August not today when the Frigging Fifth "so called court" proved it's more dangerous status, by halting Biden's vaccine or testing mandate for businesses. Friggin Fifth court halts vaccine mandate A 3 "judge" panel, one from Reagan and 2 from Rump ruled, and it will now go to the entire court, but there seems little chance they will reverse this. So then it's off to the SCROTUS for a fair and balanced opinion. I report, they decide!
Now cant Garland just remove these batshirt "justices? Lying, cheating, and stealing have consequences in elections. Att. General Barr would have fixed this had the tables been turned by a liberal court!

The charges were announced not long after Bannon very emphatically reminded listeners of his War Room podcast that the he and the right are trying to do away with democracy by “taking over elections†and overturning Trump’s loss last November.
“We’re taking action. We’re taking over school boards. We’re taking over the Republican Party with the precinct committee strategy. We’re taking over all the elections,†Bannon said.
So far the strategy appears to be working though. They are taking over elections just as Bannon said. It's all pretty sound politics...surprising that Democrats can't seem to counter it with anything but higher taxes.
All those 70% of people who support progressive policies seem to evaporate come election day.
But Dems seem to get a real hard-on when they get to lock up political enemies. With a little luck they'll be able to lock up Trump soon! Probably a real winning gambit for the Democrats!
Lock Him Up! President DeSantis will promptly pardon him.
President DeathSantis won't be able to pardon Georgia or New York state sentences. Also a 14th Amendment restriction on running for elective office can only be lifted by a 3/4 majority vote by both Houses of Congress, not a presidential pardon. It's literally right there in the constitution.
Remember a few weeks ago that Donald Trump started a new media company and launched a website called TRUTH? The truth is, that he or his people or both stole the code for the website and never paid for it. So TRUTH is now dark.
