The reality is that the hard work had to do with others convincing her to vote for the law. The initial law requested $3.5 trillion, but Sinema demanded it be reduced significantly.

Lawyers for Zachary Rehl, the leader of the Philadelphia Proud Boys, filed a nonsense motion a day after the Rittenhouse verdict claiming that charges against their client should be dropped because of how he is just like Kyle Rittenhouse and was in DC to "defend vulnerable demonstrators." This, to be clear, was the exact opposite of what Kyle Rittenhouse did or even claimed to do. Rittenhouse was in Kenosha, supposedly, to defend a vulnerable used car lot.

...and so the "Rittenhouse" defense begins.

A man tried to carry a gun aboard a plane. Detected, he lunged for the weapon and (apparently unintentionally) fired it. Three people were hurt. Injuries non-lethal, but who wants to suffer a bullet wound because some dumbass can't be separated from his security blanket?

Horrific attack on Waukesha Parade. More than 23 injured, at least one fatality. Red SUV crashed through barrier and drove down length of parade route plowing into pedestrians.

Update: A car plowed through the Waukesha C...ed, with some fatalities authorities say (Milwaukee Journal Sentinel).

"Waukesha Police Chief Dan Thompson said that around 4:39 p.m. a red SUV drove into the Christmas Parade "and more than 20 people were injured as a result of this incident."

A suspect vehicle was recovered and a "person of interest" was in custody, the police chief said. People were transported to hospitals via ambulances and police vehicles, he added."
