So Greger, by your formula Travis McMichael (and his father and interested neighbor who was part of the chase and filmed it) should go free too because Ahmaud Arbery tried to take his gun making it self defense. After all they just wanted to talk to him. Ask him why he was out jogging while black. Nope, whole different ballgame. Black guy didn't see that white guy had a gun and start chasing him and trying to take it away. That's essentially what happened to the kid.

Ritterhouse was walking the streets taking in the sights, the crowd saw he was armed, determined that he was the enemy and attacked him, tried to disarm him. He feared for his life and discharged his weapon. In the case of Arbery vs McVeigh the black guy was unarmed jogging through the neighborhood taking in the sights, white guy came at him with a gun and the black guy feared for his life and tried to disarm the white guy to save his life. See the difference? The guy who didn't use his(illegal) weapon probably should have.

Further evidence that Kyrsten Sinema is a DINO. She is now claiming that she "worked hard" to ensure the infrastructure package passed. The reality is that the hard work had to do with others convincing her to vote for the law. The initial law requested $3.5 trillion, but Sinema demanded it be reduced significantly. Lawyers for Zachary Rehl, the leader of the Philadelphia Proud Boys, filed a nonsense motion a day after the Rittenhouse verdict claiming that charges against their client should be dropped because of how he is just like Kyle Rittenhouse and was in DC to "defend vulnerable demonstrators." This, to be clear, was the exact opposite of what Kyle Rittenhouse did or even claimed to do. Rittenhouse was in Kenosha, supposedly, to defend a vulnerable used car lot. ...and so the "Rittenhouse" defense begins.

A man tried to carry a gun aboard a plane. Detected, he lunged for the weapon and (apparently unintentionally) fired it. Three people were hurt. Injuries non-lethal, but who wants to suffer a bullet wound because some dumbass can't be separated from his security blanket? Reuters.com

Horrific attack on Waukesha Parade. More than 23 injured, at least one fatality. Red SUV crashed through barrier and drove down length of parade route plowing into pedestrians. Update: A car plowed through the Waukesha C...ed, with some fatalities authorities say (Milwaukee Journal Sentinel). "Waukesha Police Chief Dan Thompson said that around 4:39 p.m. a red SUV drove into the Christmas Parade "and more than 20 people were injured as a result of this incident." A suspect vehicle was recovered and a "person of interest" was in custody, the police chief said. People were transported to hospitals via ambulances and police vehicles, he added."

Eighty-person Smash 'n Grap at Nordies in Walnut Creek last night. Locals call it 'The Creek." (Um...because a creek called Walnut runs from the SF Bay all the way to downtown Walnut Creek.
