Old man caught pulling donuts in the vacant ShopKo parking lot in a rental car. When questioned the alleged suspect was heard to have uttered..all I was trying to do was have a good time and recollect the good old days. As they lead said suspect away with his hands zip tied behind his back the player on the rental car could be heard playing:
