Interesting stuff. Lots of imaginitive ideas from that era getting floated. They hadn’t had TINA imposed everywhere yet. One thing, for me anyways, that really defines our times is how dull and unimaginative it is.
MMT has been interesting though. Once understood, it really highlights the congressional theater rational for why we can’t have nice things with Democrats or why tax breaks are always preferred for Republicans.
