Same thought occurred to me about 3:30 PM, isn't that funny, 😆 it was on another forum but I never posted it...was gonna but forgot about it. I guarantee you Rand Paul would be leading a delegation to withhold aid to California if The Big One happened, or maybe even CA-OR-WA altogether if a Pacific Cascadia type earthquake happened further North.
