This is of course consistent with your belief based on polling that when partisans say the other side is destroying the country, your conclusion is, it is simply partisan whining. It would appear, according to the results of the polling you presented, independents do as well.
So I guess your conclusion is, since polling suggests no one gives a flying frak, attempting a coup by a major political party is .... ok .... ancient history. Yes I am sure that is the way one ... an American should think about it. The perpetrators of a coup should be ... awarded the medal of freedom .... yes I am sure that is the correct response.
