I guess Biden's response for Kentucky should be lots of FEMA bulldozers to clean up the tornado mess. It's funny: Humans generally don't like such a mess, but my five dogs think it's great. Everything chewed up, with a nice layer of poop on top. They work toward that every day, and we keep on ruining it.
