While Greger has been talking about a red wave for the midterms along with some other political prognosticators, I’ve been much more cautious. Estimating a 10-15 seat pick up for the Republicans in the house along with a 2-seat gain in the senate for the Democrats. At least that is what the numbers show today. But what we, I include myself in this, is we haven’t factored in the Trump factor. I think that is impossible until the midterms draw nearer. But here’s an interesting article that points the Trump factor out.
“Will Trump Ruin a Red Wave in 2022?â€
https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-ruin-red-wave-2022-151632086.htmlI wouldn’t get my hopes up yet. Inflation, rising prices, the appearance of empty shelves is still considered by many as this nation’s number one, its biggest problem facing this nation today. If that continues, the Trump factor may not even sprout into being. Nonetheless, interesting reading, it’s something that I think must be added to the boiling cauldron for the upcoming midterms.
