2 whole inches? Hardly seems worth mentioning. I've been in Mammoth when they had 20 feet. They had to close some of the ski lifts, because one or both ends was under the snow. Welp, when you consider that is only been 28-degrees in the day, that 2", plus the 5-6" on Sunday, adds up. Plus "they" are saying another 6" on Thursday.

Snow? We get that about once every 10 years or so down here.. We usually get snow one or two days a year. About an 1" or 2". Then it's gone mostly the next day. This year, it's been deeper and the air is cold too and keeping it around. I'm not complaining, I did get to work from home the past two days and I am off the rest of the week.

74°? Are you kidding me? You need to turn that thermostat down to about 68 and if you are still cold put on a sweater or some sort of hoodie fer chrissake!
Either that or take up ice fishing on Green Lake. Back when I was a child (there you go again) with the hyperbole..,living in Green Lake it froze half over. I am sure now it never gets a smidgen of ice. But I would not know is I have not lived in Seattle for 20+ years.
Ya sure..ya betcha!! Spud Fish and Chips! Never mind...,,Ivar’s.,,,Keep clam…

Ya sure…ya betcha…Have you ever been to Paulsbo? Their downtown is like being in a Scandinavian village. Quite nice and their downtown is right on The Sound.

Besides it’s 28-degrees outside and I don’t do sweaters and jackets in my own home. When it’s 40-degrees outside, I can actually have the temp at 65-degrees inside.

We have Solvang in Southern California. I suppose some immigrants just want their original culture, after they move to the US. It started in 1911, when a group of Danish immigrants bought up 9000 acres near Santa Barbara. Most of the residents now are not Danish, but the village is filled with Danish architecture and they have had several visits from Danish royalty! Fun place to visit, but it's more 1911 Denmark than modern Denmark. I've been to both.

In other news does anyone have any information on Greger? He seems to have vanished from the site and as we all know he has been having not good health issues. I PM’ed him a while back but have heard nothing in response and the message has gone unread.
Should we be getting concerned?
