I've said that Conservatives are useless as well...more specifically I said:
Quote
Conservatives are as useful as teats on a boar.
It was then labeled mean and nasty. shocked

Remember when the MAGAts brought a gallows to DC to "hang Mike Pence." Ultimately, the only thing they succeeded in doing is bringing enough rope to hang themselves. smile

As noted above, the SCOTUS told America that they would love to help end the pandemic, but as a Conservative majority, they need to stick it to Liberal Joe Biden first and foremost.

...at least requiring medical workers who work in medicare accepting facilities are required to be vaxxed. A small win. Thanks Brett. crazy

This lets those companies with more than 100 employees get rid of vaccination mandates, but it does not protect them from employee lawsuits for having an unsafe work environment. Those type of lawsuits are filed and won all the time. And they can be filed against ANY size company! So I suspect the few companies that lift mandates will be run by crackpots like the "Pillow Guy". Companies with vaccinate or test mandates have been very successful in cutting their employee death rates to zero or near zero. So I doubt a jury would be sympathetic.

Remember, SC's decision is simply to forbid the Biden administration's EPA from requiring certain mandates. It says nothing about companies deciding to mandate themselves.

Yesterday, Virigina's newly minted Republican Governor signed an E.O. banning Critical Race Theory. (CRT). Critical Race Theory argues that the white supremacy of the past lives on in the laws and societal rules of the present - that prejudice is a matter of structural disadvantage that stretches across American society.

For the record, CRT is a advanced college Law Class. Eight year olds are not being taught CRT - no matter how bright you think your little darling is.

Systemic racism exists whether or not white children are told about it or not. It's not divisive to be told about things that are real. It's divisive for only certain students to experience those things while others get to put on their horse blinders and go about their day, never understanding why they get dirty looks when they ask to touch their classmate's hair. That's divisive.

CRT came to the forefront during the pandemic when BLM started protesting unjust police killings of black Americans. That is when a hardcore conservative journalist by the name of Christopher Rufo began noticing and started writing about anti-bias training springing up around the country. Rufo went on the Tucker Carlson Show to whine about anti-bias training and that's how the “cult indoctrination” of critical race theory got started. crazy
