Before we all get excited about the Trumps “testifying under oath,” just know that Eric Trump “testified under oath” for six hours in the fall of 2020 and invoked the 5th amendment 500 times it was revealed in news reports yesterday. Because, as we all know, innocent people do that… coffee

Trump’s legal m.o.:

Sue, appeal when the ruling isn’t favorable, appeal when THAT ruling isn’t favorable, when Supreme Court isn’t favorable…invoke the 5th and don’t pay the lawyers because they lost the cases.

Hmm

Truthful revelations are not necessary for any convictions. Neither is a unanimous jury! Civil cases have different rules from criminal cases. If nobody flips, that just means they all get convicted to the maximum extent of the law. Maybe not jail time, but the fines can be every penny they have, and include a prohibition of ever owning a business again. Their financial futures could be reduced to getting jobs with conservative organizations they would not run, or raising "campaign contributions" they could be jailed for diverting.

Between this and all of Trump's huge bank loans coming due, things are not looking good for Trump.

And Allen Weisselberg got convicted despite claiming the 5th. The documents cooked his goose.

I hope you are correct. Donald Trump et al seems to always escape any form of retribution whatsoever.

  • A few stated over valued properties to win loan approval
  • A few tax returns under valuing properties
  • Invoke Executive Privlage when you're no longer the Exeutive aka POTUS
  • Stir in court filings to deter court hearing
  • Appeal when filing are overruled.
  • Eventually be convicted for fraud, tax evasion, inciting insurrection
  • Placed in isolated confinement
  • Die in prison a failed, miserable, conniving, broken human being

...and THAT's how you cook a goose. smile

Trump, upon hearing the SCOTUS ruling, reportedly shouted, "I'll see you jerks in court!!"

I've been monitoring for days now. Breitbart has NEVER MENTIONED Trump's SCOTUS 8 -1 decision regarding Trump's Executive Privilege claim. Talk about Breitbart keeping their readers ignorant of facts.

Hmm
