The last bit is his asking the audience what they've done to limit their time on social media and the internet, and their answer was practically nothing. He told them he had deleted his Instagram account. Then he confessed: He got rid of his Smart Phone and joined "Team Flip". (Got a Flip Phone.) I had to laugh, because that's exactly what I did a few years back...
