Oh my! More bad news for the Trump crime family.

A federal court has ruled that the District of Columbia can proceed and go to trial against the Trump Org (read: Ivanka, Eric, and Jr) for misapporiating more than $1M from the 2017 Trump Inaugural fund and enriching themselves.

Can't these people catch a break? Hmm

LOL

That "unreliable" statement from their former accounting firm has huge implications for Trump et al: Most every contract, loan, and so forth includes a clause about them supplying reliable accounting data from a certified accountant. They are as effectively out of business as if the Government had indicted them and shut it all down. All their loans are now due. All their contracts are now void.

It may be time to head to Argentina with whatever loose change he can scrape together.

No wonder Melanie was trying to sell her hats at auction a few weeks ago and only accepted cryptocurrency for payment. smile

Any ideas why Donald Trump is screaming about the "crime of the century" and rightwing media is saying they have the smoking gun that Hillz Clinton infiltrated the Trump campaign and spied on it and people should be executed for this?

Why is Sean Hannity reporting that Hillz Clinton's campaign literally hacked the Trump campaign's servers and "stole material," and also hacked the literal office of the president of the United States?

Quote
"This is the biggest spying scandal EVER,"
- Sean Hannity

Quote
...the Clinton campaign "paid a tech company to surreptitiously monitor servers at Trump Tower and even in the executive offices of the president,"
- Laura Ingraham

Quote
"INFILTRATING TRUMP,...intercepted internet traffic, that is emails, presumably text messages"
- Tucker Carlson

Also, why does Fox News lie so much? Isn't Rupert the least bit ashamed?

This is what happened:

In late Spring 2016, a community of malware hunters placed itself in a high state of alarm. Word arrived that Russian hackers had infiltrated the servers of the Democratic National Committee, an attack persuasively detailed by the respected cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike. The computer scientists posited a logical hypothesis, which they set out to rigorously test: If the Russians were worming their way into the DNC, they might very well be attacking other entities central to the presidential campaign, including Donald Trump’s many servers.

To be clear, these malware hunter guys were granted access to the data. They didn't hack Trump Tower, or the Trump Organization, or the White House, or the Trump campaign. The only hack was the one Russia waged against the Clinton campaign, which Fatboy Trump gleefully weaponized.

=============================

None of this 'Hillary spied on Donald" bogus stuff would have to do with the really bad week that Donald Trump is having....and it's only Tuesday, would it? Hmm

Don’t you understand Rick that none of this matters. Donald Trump’s fans believe all the above to be true so by definition it becomes to be true. And if they believe it to become true it becomes true. And that’s the end of the discussion.

none of this matters

For four long years, we had to worry about Trump and talk about Trump.

He isn't news, he isn't interesting. Recent polling says that only 35% of Americans want him to run again.

Sarah Palin is even older news. Another old loser, another old Republican mistake. A remnant of the TEA Party.

None of this matters. The future is what matters and these folks are history.

While I appreciate your enthusism for just looking ahead, the problem is people like li'l Marco and Miss Lindsey are embracing the Orange One - even as recently as this past weekend. To be honest, it's confusing. Could that be why there is infighting in the GOP right now? Hmm
