I visit the Drudge Report often just to get a middle America perspective on things. I just came from there and I only just now realized something for the first time: Drudge Report is the original influencer. The pics they choose and the headlines they write for the stories they choose to frame a narrative is done for no other reason than to set the agenda for what people talk about and form the basis of their opinions.

When I just went my first thought was: Boy Matt Drudge is really turning his readers to hate Putin (not that, that is a bad thing at all).

This is a perfect example of what I mean: A pic of a snarling Putin with the caption “I’ll take it all.” Given the GOPs love affair with all things Russian during the Trump presidency… it makes me wonder how this influences how people feel about the GOP.

One guy in the vanpool is from Kansas and he says people there vote for anyone with an R by their name no matter what.
