Roscoe is not neutered. He has never been aggressive except to other big un-neutered males.
And boy can he get aggressive with them. There's a big chonky pitty about 3 blocks away who is also named Roscoe and also un-neutered...they both get unmanageable if they see each other.
Roscoe is 14 and hasn't got a lot of time left. His hips are going, but for now, he's walking okay and enjoying life.

Truck driver dude obviously needs to contact the manufacturer of his truck: He could make a lot off "Tornado Tough Truck" commercials.
Or maybe their legal department would prevail, to avoid all the lawsuits from the families of deceased "Truck Challengers".

More hilarity from Florida: Their new Don't Say Gay law has made it illegal to discuss gender or sexual identity in grades up through 3. They had to write the law in a way that doesn't explicitly say it's illegal to discuss GAY or TRANS, because that would be thrown out immediately by the courts. So they wrote it purposefully vague.
So now teachers are not allowed to refer to "he", "she", "boy", "girl", "mother", "father", "Mr.", "Mrs.", "Miss", "Ms.", etc. They have to pull every book that mentions any sexual identity or gender off their shelves. No more Girl's or Boy's bathrooms. The idiots failed to realize that cis and straight ARE genders and sexual identities.

Teachers will continue to teach as they have always taught. Kids in K through third grade are not generally affected by the ravages of puberty, nor is transgenderism and sexual orientation a part of their curriculum. The law is nothing more than an extension of Ron DeSantis' political agenda. It is a created culture war and its slogan is Awake Not WokeQueers of all sorts are leftists and leftists are the enemy of all real Americans. There will be no leftist "woke" indoctrination in schools nationwide if he becomes president!
