The big half of my house has a new standard Ruud heat pump that replaced the old gas furnace.
The small half has a new Mitsubishi split system with 2 indoor units. I generally set everything at 78 and forget about it for the summer. I just replaced the 9 year old split system so I don't know exactly how much the AC will cost.

My insulation is almost non existant. Concrete block walls are plastered on the inside.
There is no attic space..
