Trump is perfectly welcome to come to the congressional hearings, get sworn in, and testify about his side of the story. Of course his lawyers over the years have gone to extraordinary efforts to never let Trump testify under oath to avoid perjury charges. But if he is intent on getting a chance to take part in the hearing broadcasts, he has to do it like every other witness.

Personally, I doubt he could tell the truth if his life depended on it.
