Why even put Law Enforcement into a position to have to decide what to do with knuckleheads like this?

PIA made a good point about standing your ground and being afraid of guys like this one - it won't end well for these Yahoos who walk around like they're armed for battle when going to buy a pair of sneakers at The Foot Locker.
