They have also completely demolished the threat of the last 75 years of the Russians rolling their invincible armada of tanks into Western Europe. Turns out their maintenance is so poor and theft is so high, most of their tank fleet couldn't even get to the border, much less threaten anybody. Tanks that did get to Ukraine were deathtraps for their crews: 21 million dollar tanks destroyed by $6000 shoulder-launched cruise missiles. A lot of experts are wondering if their nuclear weapons and ICBMs have received similar negligence.
