The Saudi desired acquisition of nuclear capability is getting fresh scrutinization in light of Jared's $2bn Saudi investment fund AND Donald Trump's recent foray into the Saudi LIV series to compete with the PGA. Not to mention Donald and Jared sweeping Jamal Khashoggi's death under the carpet.

Newsweek reports: In pursuing the unprecedented search of Donald Trump's residence on Monday, the FBI was seeking to retrieve Top Secret and "compartmented" documents dealing with intelligence "sources and methods," two federal government sources tell Newsweek—documents with the potential to reveal U.S. intelligence sources, including human sources on the American government payroll.
This greatly complicates any public discussion of the documents or any substantiation of Trump's potential violation of U.S. law. The sources, who were briefed on the investigation, requested anonymity in order to discuss sensitive information.
"Compartmented" is a specific term meaning "classified information concerning or derived from intelligence sources, methods, or analytical processes, which is required to be handled within formal access control systems established by the Director of National Intelligence." It includes a variety of different access categories—for example, human, intercept, satellite sources—each of which limits how many people can know the nature of the compartment. How much value is that to Vlad Putin or Prince Bone Saw?

Often SCI documents can reveal how their information was collected, which is much more damaging to our intelligence network than the information itself. The "info" probably is already known by the adversary! Of course, Trump sees our sources as "rats" even though they are working for the US, because they weren't loyal to Putin or whatever adversary of the US they supposedly work for. This is all about Game Theory: Concealing what you know. That's way to complex a subject for somebody like Trump.
It also applies to sigint: How we can eavesdrop through technology is a much bigger secret that the info itself. This goes all the way back to Alan Turing breaking the Nazi enigma codes in WW II. We probably won that war because we could read all the Nazi encoded message traffic, AND we went to some real cost in men and ships to make sure they didn't know that we could.

AND we went to some real cost in men and ships to make sure they didn't know that we could. And that speaks directly TO what it WILL cost us in the future, because now, having been compromised BY Herr Trump to this extent, it's going to cost us a LOT more.

We know what's wrong with them. They're whores and they'll sell us all down the river for a price, which apparently has already been met. But they're not bad people, they just VOTE differently than we do! .gif)

Above all else, Trump is a Republican and they are the ones circling the wagons around him.

Things will not end well for Trump. And that's why I don't waste a single thought on the man. It was obvious from the start that things would not end well. What I have a hard time grasping is your complete fascination with every aspect of his bad ending. He seems to control you just like he controls his minions. All you can talk about is Trump. All you can think about is Trump, Trump controls the vertical, Trump controls the horizontal... Every post here is about Trump, every thread about Trump, every forum about Trump. I don't like the man and am simply not interested in his legal struggles. He'll eventually be found guilty of something and at least slapped on the wrist for it. I'll have to be satisfied with the outcome whatever it might be. But for now, he commands a huge audience of Democrats who cannot let a headline go unclicked-on if it has his mighty name on it. And every purveyor of news covering the shenanigans of both parties has his name in their mouths more often than any other on the planet. Because he brings the yokels in and keeps them glued to their teevee sets. It's a reality show the likes of which has never been seen before and America can't look away...at least partisan America. I looked away the minute the election was over.
Good coffee, good weed, and time on my hands...

I looked away the minute the election was over. There are dozens of points in history where looking away and thinking it was over was the biggest mistake anyone could make. I think you're misinterpreting a lot of things regarding Trump, Greger. And I think that because it's "Trumpism" that's stirring up most of the problems, Trumpism beyond the man himself. Should we have all just looked away when he sold nuclear secrets to the highest bidder? Because hate to say it but you know that's precisely what he did, and it's going to come out in the wash. No big deal to you? Really?
