So the upshot of this memo is that The Mueller Report's information about Trump's 10 different documented acts of Obstruction of Justice were real and should have been prosecuted in January of 2021, as soon as Trump was no longer a sitting president. Barr et al, simply covered those up. Garland should have gone forward with prosecution as soon as he came into office. And there was no reason for the Justice Department to fight the release of this memo for the last 20 months.

I think there needs to be a purge at the DOJ, of everybody who did this. The statute of limitations for Obstruction of Justice is five years, so Trump could still have those in his indictment. But besides that, Barr and his fellow conspirators need their own Obstruction of Justice indictments.

Like they say: "If you can't do the time, don't do the crime."
