I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say no charges are likely to stem from the raid.
Trump grabbed everything he could get his hands on when he moved out.
He hates paper trails and had no idea what was in the boxes but knew it was probably incriminating.

So far I'm batting 1000.
I won't be surprised if there's an indictment, but I've been right for 6 years so I think I'm gonna stick with it a little longer.
Certainly no skin off my ass if he goes to jail.

After the August 8th 2022 document fetch from MAL by the FBI, Kash Patel was one of Trump's sycophants screaming and hollering for the affidavit memo to be released 100% unredacted. Now that the affidavit has been released, albeit heavily redacted, Kash Patel is now screaming and hollering that his own name was not redacted. These MAGAts don't know if they're coming or going.

A federal judge in Florida has issued an order for a Special Master to be selected to examine all the seized documents to see if any should be returned because of immunities like executive privilege. Does anybody see the problem here?
First of all, this Special Master has to have Top Secret and compartmentalized security clearance to see all the documents. They won't be able to report a list of all documents in their public report. Any judge they do report to also has to have that security clearance. That sounds like FISA judges to me. I doubt they would be able to even tell Trump's lawyers who that Special Master is! I don't see that Special Master being a Trump fan, since all their work for years depends on keeping secret thing secret!
Then there is the fact that the government has had the evidence for 20 days. I'm sure they got some high-clearance Intelligence guys to make a list of all the secret documents on Day 1. Those documents are not the only copies. The originals are kept in several different SCIFs. So they don't have to look at the seized copies. All the executive branch needs to do is look at the copies in the SCIFs, to analyze the harm done and containment strategies. Likewise, DOJ lawyers with the clearances can go to the SCIF and read their copies! So the effect of this Special Master will be nothing at all. They certainly could give non-secret documents that don't relate to national defense back to Trump, like his kids' elementary school report cards, etc. But giving him any of the important documents would violate the Espionage Act. So that will never happen.
His lawyers thought this would be a delay tactic, but in their ignorance they probably didn't realize the US government already has the contents of every important document. I also don't see how Trump could be tried anywhere but the FISA court in a secret trial.

The issue is that Trump went judge shopping and found a judge that he appointed to consider this Special Master request. After the first filing was so poorly drafted, the court had to ask Trump was relief he was seeking. The judge gave him time to fix the request and even still the fix was poorly written.
Donald Trump has been afforded every, single judicial courtesy because of who he is that the average Joe Schmoe would not.
There already have been people looking through the boxes setting things aside. Merrick Garland is not going to indict Trump on things where attorney-privilege come into play - unless Trump is worried about the Barr-Stone pardon stuff.

The Los Angeles Times is reporting that the judge is granting a Master along the lines of Executive Privilege. Trump has no Executive Privilege - that’s for a sitting POTUS only. These people are so low-IQ

Almost 100% of people I routinely deal with on a daily basis are Trump supporters. What I tell them is, if Pres's Biden or Washington or Lincoln had done what Trump did, I would be first in line to call for impeachment or indictment. They are the People's employee. They are accountable to Us. If they break that bond, they should be held accountable. And what is their response?
Good doesn't always win!
