I totally agree. And I'll even go further out on that limb and say that not only will he not be charged with anything stemming from this search, but he will not be
criminally charged with
anything - period!
I think the most that might happen to him may be some kind of civil charges, where he can buy his way out of any jail time, but I won't even hold my breath for that.
Donald Trump is still above the criminal law, and I believe always will be!
In the event that I am wrong and he were to be criminally convicted, he will never spend a day incarcerated. But, if such an event should occur, it would not surprise me in the least, if President Biden would pardon him.
