I've heard it has seven-foot ceilings and a mildew problem.
Cool house from a design standpoint...maybe not so much from a utilitarian one.
Good coffee, good weed, and time on my hands...

Cool house from a design standpoint...maybe not so much from a utilitarian one. Seven foot in the guest house. Mildew? Yes. In the old days when FLW was still alive, a few owners reported that FLW would stop by once in a blue moon at some of his more well known properties and, if the furniture he filled the home with was arranged differently, he would scold them and move it back to where HE thought it should be. Imagine that!

Seems to me that water mostly be too cold for swimming.
Wet suit or not at all.
