i have a meeting with Larry tomorrow - he's the architect, and now my General Contractor. I told Larry, phase 1 needs to be completed in 9 months. Phase 1 is the kitchen with the rental unit underneath with its own private entry.

I can fund the expansion loan for one year, but after that, I need the rental unit to pay the phase 1 expansion loan, and then I can plan for phase 2 to be completed.



Phase 2 will be the crowning jewel of the expansion, the proverbial cherry on the sundae.
