If your ship isn't worthy in a storm, it wasn't much of a ship to begin with.
It's kind of weird because you seem to be contradicting yourself.
First you're mocking my mention of anti-democracy operatives, aka thugs etc, then you imply that if you don't fight back, your ship isn't worthy of surviving a "storm".
Can't have it both ways.
I mention this stuff because talk of diminishing our democracy is a call to war, it's "fighting words", it's a significant threat. You reply by mocking that but then you turn around and mention all that your own ancestry has been through, then you conclude by saying it's business as usual but if you can't survive it, your "ship" must have been weak and structurally unsound.
As I said earlier, I can't hope to persuade you, especially since you're dead set on telling us that you don't follow current events like the J6 hearings, and when I or almost anyone brings up stuff like that you're almost the first one to say "Ho hum, business as usual, nothing to see here" etc etc.
Election denial is no longer just an inside joke, it's going to become LAW in several states pretty soon.
Guess that's no big deal? I kind of think it is.
Armed confrontations at polling places are probably going to be in the news in a few weeks.
