No State has ever needed to pass any laws, but they still have, and will. So long as Republicans have control anywhere, they will restrict voting.
Republicans have been in control many times, in many places and yet we still vote freely.
My ballot is here on my desk somewhere. Two years from now I expect to be able to say the same. And that there will be Democrats on it who might or might not win. And then two years hence...the same.
Folks here say that's an outright impossibility. That Democracy is about to end.
