I don’t think so either Jeffrey, Harris isn’t liked by Democrats either. I really have to wonder why Biden chose her as his running mate. She’s from California, a cinched state as far as the electoral college goes, why not someone from a swing state? The ideological divide wasn’t that big, so ideological wise, choosing Harris didn’t mend fences between moderate and liberal or progressive democrats. Other than fulling a campaign promise of choosing a woman of color, I don’t see what picking Harris accomplished.

I had hoped Biden would choose Keisha Lance Bottoms, the former Atlanta Mayor or Stacy Abrams from Georgia. Tammy Duckworth was on the list. Here’s the list Biden choose from.

It's high past time that we start electing Americans to congress and the presidency who put America first instead of their political party. For way too long we have been electing Republicans and Democrats who happen to be Americans instead of Americans who happen to be Republicans and Democrats.

Neither.
Not because she's a woman or because she's black but because she just isn't qualified.
She may at some point in the future but "do nothing" and "did nothing" comes to mind.

According to Gallup, 94% of all Americans would vote for a woman to become president. Here’s the list:

https://news.gallup.com/poll/254120/less-half-vote-socialist-president.aspx

Of course, Democrats wouldn’t vote for a woman if she was Republican conservative nor would a Republican vote for a woman due to her being a democrat liberal. Ideology and party affiliation has a major part to play here.

Last night’s mass shooting is the 601st this year. This is week 46 in the year 2022. That means 13 mass shootings a week in the US this year.

It certainly shows how many bots and sockpuppet accounts there are on Twitter, as Donald Trump has never won a popular vote in his life.

Now that Elon has restored the orange menace’s Twitter account. What could possibly go wrong with THAT?!?

Twitter's IT infrastructure is currently in Payne Stewart mode, and it will either encounter an insurmountable glitch or its load balancing servers will crash.
And it will end with a whimper of 404.

Elon Musk is not a tech guru. He is not a "people person". He's a dysfunctional child with a hell of a lot of money.

A well reasoned argument is like a diamond: impervious to corruption and crystal clear - and infinitely rarer.

Here, as elsewhere, people are outraged at what feels like a rigged game -- an economy that won't respond, a democracy that won't listen, and a financial sector that holds all the cards. - Robert Reich

"not a People person" says it all for Autism Spectrum Disorder which Musk has!
Must Autism Spectrum

As it is biological, not learned, do not expect him to change!
However, maybe he figured out a way to "sell short" on Twitter, and is impatient for his big payoff! ROTFMOL tinfoilhat
Ya heard it first here! :giggle

Hmmm...that's an interesting take. I forget there are such things as "selling short." How does one place bets...erm, buy into short selling? Seems like a lot of money to be made. Like short selling the GOP House for the next two years. smile
