Not that I know of. In Georgia election interference is based on Trump’s recorded phone call to Secretary of State Raffensperger. Then other actions taken by Trump and his cohorts such as fake electors and lying to the state legislature. One must remember the correct or Biden’s elector slate from Georgia was already certified as the winners.

We’ll have to wait until more details come out. Right now, as I understand it, we’re waiting on the regular grand jury to either recommend charges, indictment or not. The special grand jury has finished its job. Once the regular grand jury recommends indictment, charges which they probably will, the Atlanta DA has the final say. She can either indict depending on the amount of evidence if she considers there’s enough or a good chance to get a guilty verdict or not.

The Atlanta DA thinks going public may hurt her chances at obtaining a guilty verdict along with being as fair as possible to those she may charge. It’s not cut and dried in other words. Legal proceedings never are. I think the Atlanta DA wants to keep this as much as possible in the legal arena and as little as possible in the public arena where opinions will run the gamut, she’s trying to keep politics out of this. I don’t think that’s possible as whoever is charged will say it was done for political reasons, not criminal. Democrat DA vs. Republican defendants or potential defendants.

It's high past time that we start electing Americans to congress and the presidency who put America first instead of their political party. For way too long we have been electing Republicans and Democrats who happen to be Americans instead of Americans who happen to be Republicans and Democrats.
