The use of digital phone coms to defraud a state would be a federal crime. So I think the state is interested in solicitation to commit election fraud. Trump requested and attempted to convince another person to commit election fraud i.e. find (non-existent) votes or throw out legal votes. I suspect he'll get an indictment and it looks from a lay persons vantage, he'll be convicted of the felony. Once GA gets a conviction, I think the DoJ would have no problem indicting on the federal level with use of digital phone to commit interstate fraud of an election.
