All that is needed is a Manchurian Juror (read that as a MAGA-head) to nullify a conviction. None of these cult members has to lie to be on a jury ... yes they voted for Trump and yes they believe they can be objective. How is anyone going to prove they were not objective?
It's a real possibility and I suspect even if after a trial that juror is interviewed and says Trump was innocent from the start, I don't think the state would spend the money to prosecute for perjury, overturn one verdict and try a second time. There is a limit to a state's resources.
I think he may escape a state charge but not a federal one.
