Just about every legal analysis read regarding the Dominion discovery filing shows that Fox News is in a lot of trouble. Dominion has done a fine job of discovery and it shows that Fox News was having entirely opposite conversations internally from what they were telling their viewers publicly.
Why? Because of the Arizona call that was made by Fox on the night of the election in 2020. Fox lost viewing eyes because of that and their viewers went over to OANN and Newsmax.
This is all about the bottom line and ad revenue. Fox deserves to lose $1.6bn dollars for lying about the 2020 election and defaming Dominion, AND, especially because of what they have done to our democracy by lying to half of the country.
