this morning SU 03/12/23 and allowed Howard Kurtz to discuss this Dominion v Fox News lawsuit in a 4-minute segment.
But the fact that some people in the chain of command privately dismissed the fraud claims as nuts or outlandish or insane doesn't necessarily mean Fox couldn't cover and comment on the extremely newsworthy spectacle of a president saying an election was stolen.
Not only was former POTUS Trump lying about the election being stolen, so was Fox News' hosts.
Don't do the defamation crime, if you're too cheap and chintzy to pay the payout dime.
