A lot of decent folks are not buying Thomas’ bull crap that he didn’t know the law. To be fair, reading many of Thomas’ rulings would validate the notion that Thomas doesn’t know law.

The irony is that Thomas is the very stereotype that conservatives have of an Affirmative Action appointee.
