Today, the six Conservative justices interpreted the HEROES Act of 2003 to wipe out President Biden's student loan forgiveness program. These are the same clowns that can't even figure out their own financial disclosure forms and figure out the law there. Why are they determining the United States Constitution and federal statutes for the rest of America?

Secretaries of State in each state must determine if candidates are qualified to be on the ballot. The three requirements for the office of President are:

1. Must be 35 years old.
2. Must be native-born.
3. Can't have participated in an insurrection.

You can sign a petition for your Secretary of State here:

Sign your petition

Many of these petitions have almost enough signatures to meet their state's requirements, so yours can make a difference.

rick, That’s great. But I don’t know any Georgia farmers that raise cabbage. Cotton, peanuts, corn, hay and some soybean for the most part. Cabbage no. I like them all. Some pretty darn accurate.

It's high past time that we start electing Americans to congress and the presidency who put America first instead of their political party. For way too long we have been electing Republicans and Democrats who happen to be Americans instead of Americans who happen to be Republicans and Democrats.

Ron DeSantis just laid-off 12 staff members from his campaign. His campaign is low on cash.

DeSantis' schtick works well for Florida, but not the rest of the country. Like Scott Walker did in 2016, DeSantis peaked too early.

If the guy can't financially manage a national campaign, how is he going to financially manage a national budget for the government? There's a reason why his nick is Meatball Ron DuhSantis.

Brilliant use of the anti-KKK law that has been on the books since Reconstruction: Jack Smith will charge Trump and a co-conspirator with violation of this law that forbids attempting to invalidate any voter's legal vote. It does not require success, just the attempt! Everything Trump did trying to overturn the swing states' electoral college votes (and it was a LOT of different things) was an attempt to invalidate 81 million legal votes. It's like the largest class action charge ever. 81 million victims.

Of course that's just the initial indictment. Many people are going to end up being added as co-conspirators.
