I think that Giuliani's default in the Shay Moss defamation suit is just the beginning of the collapse of the façade of MAGAverse. Many are facing criminal charges, from contempt to RICO, and with the breadth of the Georgia case, I think Defendants are going to be scrambling all over each other to get the best deals. At present, DJT's dance card is full, with three civil and four criminal cases pending. Trump heading to trial in 7 civil and criminal cases: A calendar of dates and what to expect (USA Today). The NY Civil fraud case starts 2 October, and the first Georgia RICO cases start October 23 (for at least Cheseboro and Powell), January opens with the new E. Jean Carroll defamation case, Jan 15, followed bychrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/https://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/trump-rico.pdf- against only Trump and the Trump Org, now, as the kids all got dismissed - on Jan 29. The first criminal case against Trump himself, the DC election interference case, is scheduled for March 4 (the day before "Super Tuesday") (four felony counts). But, at present, the NY "hush money"/false business records case (34 felony counts) follows shortly after on March 25! So, he might be shuttling between mandatory appearances in DC and NY... Then he gets a "break" until his May 20 trial in Florida for the stolen records case (40 felony counts, two co-Defendants). A date has yet to be set for his Georgia election interference case (13 felony counts, 18 co-Defendants). In the meantime, Eastman, Giuliani, Clark and Powell are in Bar Disciplinary hearings, Steve Bannon's contempt conviction (and four-month sentence) is pending in the DC Circuit for an October 12 hearing, and Peter Navarro's contempt trial is slated for September,
A well reasoned argument is like a diamond: impervious to corruption and crystal clear - and infinitely rarer.
Here, as elsewhere, people are outraged at what feels like a rigged game -- an economy that won't respond, a democracy that won't listen, and a financial sector that holds all the cards. - Robert Reich

Sounds like a great storyline for a Reality TV series!
You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the old model obsolete. R. Buckminster Fuller

It's kinda like all of his whines - there is no conflict, you only claim that because you tried to create one. Such a loser.
