It may not matter if Trump is not on ballot. He may or will claim fraud .... rigged election. At that point all his minions step in to "certify" his win at either/and/or state levels election boards throwing out votes as fraudulent or at the federal level with Speaker Johnson at the helm, promoting fraud and decertification of legitimate votes handing the election to Trump.
