The current Rwing narrative that Trump has the election locked-up is false. The Foxy one has been pushing this narrative for over a week now.
Polling aggregate Real Clear Politics has VP Harris winning - but barely. Allan Lichtman whose "Keys to the White House" shows that VP Harris will win. Michael Moore predicted a 270 v 268 win for VP Harris.
ALL of the above are showing a VERY NARROW win for VP Harris.
Trump's mood and increasingly false rhetoric has become increasingly dark. Trump pundits are preemptively blaming different minority groups for a Harris win, because it's easier than reckoning with the kind of gleeful hatred that has absolutely consumed 48% of white folks in this country.
Moderates don’t owe a thing to the GOP. Moderates don't owe anything to a party that is out of touch and hell-bent on taking the U.S. backward. And by all means, Moderates owe no loyalty to a POTUS candidate who is morally and ethically bankrupt. More than ever, it is imperative the decent folks vote blue, no matter who. The survival of America depends on decent folks stepping-up in 2024.
I’ve been trying to understand the Trump phenomena, and why it is so appealing. I’ve concluded that that Trump’s base are made-up of seriously broken and damaged human beings who cannot stand to see others joyful and happy in life. Trump’s base have chosen as their savior a man who is equally broken and as damaged as they are.
Together, Trump and his followers seek to break, smash, and destroy everything happy and joyful folks hold dear.
When I view Trump and his followers through the broken and damaged human beings lens, hell-bent on destroying happy and joyful society, the Trump movement makes sense to me.
I’m not certain that Trump and his followers can be fixed to be made healthy happy Members of society.
But happy and joyful society should try. We owe it to our own happiness and peace of mind.
I voted today, early and in person. Now we’ll just have to wait as both the nationwide popular vote and all 7 battleground states are within the MOE, basically all tied.
The key state to watch is Pennsylvania. I frimly believe whoever wins Pennsylvania will win the election.
It's high past time that we start electing Americans to congress and the presidency who put America first instead of their political party. For way too long we have been electing Republicans and Democrats who happen to be Americans instead of Americans who happen to be Republicans and Democrats.
We are on the verge of having a candidate, who is probably mentally unfit to occupy the WH, being elected. Once in office no one will dare raise the issue of the 25th Amendment for fear of retribution by MAGA. Imagine our own "Mad Donald" with his fingers on the launch codes.

Trump has always been on “the verge” of winning. Nothing is new in that regard. It’s sickening actually that Trump is even on “the verge.” As I wrote above, there are many damaged and broken human beings in America. THAT is the only explanation of why a 34-count convicted criminal is so close to winning the presidency in 2024.
The reality is Trump may win outright, and if he doesn't, he has the infrastructure in place to ensure he wins by throwing out ballots, federal courts throwing out any suits objecting, including the SC, and finally he has the backup of Rep Johnson, totally in the tank for Trump, no matter how despicable Johnson finds Trump. Rep Johnson will not certify the election for Harris if she should miraculously win the vote count. In fact Rep Johnson is more than willing to not seat any Democrats which would affect the balance in the House, should the Democrats win a majority. The Democrats will have no choice but to file many suits which will end up in the SC. In my opinion, it is not likely enough justices will come to their senses and save the Democracy, but should it happen, there will be no process by which to enforce such an opinion.Rep Johnson will simply say "frak the court" Trump won.
We are frakked .... I see Democracy slowly drowning and there is no one there to throw a life preserver.

2024 will be like 2020: Trump will loose and his equally emotionally damaged supporters will do what they can to overturn the election. But the Dems will control both the House and Senate and put legislative guardrails into place to ensure MAGA-like fascism will not take root.

Operating under "Duty to Warn," 233 mental health professionals signed off on a letter to be published in the New York Times, calling Trump an "imminent catastrophic public danger" to the world should he be re-elected based upon recent evidence on display in his public appearances.
