Sure, Trump will take the credit. Presidents have always taken credit for a good economy, they’ll holler from the highest mountain top it was their policies that made the economy roar. When the economy is bad, the challengers always blame the president policies, it was the president’s policies that made the economy go bad.
That’s the way it is and always has been. I’m different, I believe the economy is like the weather, it’s going to do whatever the economy wants to do. That presidents, government can only play around the edges. If presidents or government could do anything about the economy, have some control over it, we’d have all good times, no bad time, all ups and no downs. But like the weather, the economy has a mind of its own. But previous presidents and challengers have spouted for so long, probably since the beginning of this country that it’s their policies that give us a good or bad economy. Because of this, Trump will take credit and most Americans will give him that credit.
