VICE PRESIDENT URGES LARRY CRAIG NOT TO RESIGN WASHINGTON -- Involved in an alleged sexual encounter in a Minneapolis airport men's room, to which he pleaded guilty, Senator Larry Craig (R. ID.) was turned down in an attempt to have his guilty plea withdrawn. Despite his statement that he would resign from Congress, he now says he will complete his term, which has greatly upset Republicans who will soon run for re-election. Republican congressmen already reeling from a multitude of bad news involving their members, urged Craig to quietly disappear. Craig, who strongly proclaims his innocence, said that his decision to continue in congress came as a result of Vice President Dick Cheney's urging him to reconsider his resignation " Many is the time I have innocently tapped my foot in a public restroom," said Cheney." In appreciation of Cheney's confidence, Craig proudly hung this sign in his Washington office

...from Tat's link: " Many is the time I have innocently tapped my foot in a public restroom," said Cheney." Not only did Senator Craig tap his foot, he: * Looked into the stall of the person next to him for a period of time * He played 'pocket pool' and let the occupant know he was doing * He ran his hand back-and-forth under the stall divider * He brushed the foot of his neighbor ...which are all signs of 'cruising for (gay) sex." Sorry Mr. Cheney, Mr. Craig is not so "innocent."

Today, on The View, Joy Behar flat-out stated that Senator Craig was a liar and that he was a homosexual.

In an ironic twist, the Minneapolis airport authority will now install full-length stall dividers that reach the floor - to prevent "contact."
Little do they realize, they've just now made it more "convenient" to have a person in the stall with you without anyone else noticing.
Previously, you could at least look for two pairs of shoes, now, there'd be no telling how many are occupying a stall.
I love a knee-jerk response to uncomfortable situation. I'm sure this whole bathroom cruise thing just blew many mid-westerner's heads apart.
Hilarious!!
I'm sure there are a lot of gay men traveling through the Minneapolis airport are thanking the airport for their "quick" decision making.

Yes the shorter stall walls and doors were a reaction to men doubling up in the stalls, the reasoning was that making the occupants partially visible would deal with the problem. But at least i lost my virginity before they did.
