Ladies, just try for a moment to get your minds out of the gutter!
We are talking about FOOD here. Rick has suggested that cutting meat across the grain makes it tough and I say cutting with the grain makes it tough. California Rick is a meat inspector and I value his opinion but feel that perhaps in this instance he may be wrong. I don't think it's going to be that hard to straighten out this meat thing without coming to blows.
