I'm nominating Fermi for a Nobel Peas Prize (Give whirrled peas a chance!), then Tat![[Linked Image from i48.photobucket.com]](http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f228/ca_rickf/Smilies/icon_confused.gif) - or - Should I nominate Tat first, Fermi second? Oh what a conundrum! ![[Linked Image from i48.photobucket.com]](http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f228/ca_rickf/Smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)

...It appears to me that those at the rear of the "pack" are quite possibly better qualified. Particularly if you discount Sen. Clinton's years as First Lady. The whole enchilada needs to be considered as everyone's "life experiences" are qualifying attributes. I agree. One of the reasons I don't fear having Mrs. Clinton in the WH is that she knows exactly what she is getting into. The current occupant hadn't a clue when he went in and hasn't gained one in all these years.

Hillary represents more of the same to me, I want a bigger change than that. I absolutely agree with that, Greger. Let me clarify my post from yesterday. After reading this thread more slowly I understand the debate a little differently. I do believe that Hillary Clinton is very qualified to be president of the United States. Is she the best one for that office? That is probably not going to turn out to be true for ME either. I want a much bigger change too. Olyve

Who else has the experience and qualifications she has? Could you please list Sen. Clinton's experience and qualifications for being our president?

Could you please list Sen. Clinton's experience and qualifications for being our president? Senator Hillary Clinton's relevant qualifications for being a candidate for the office of the President of the United States match those specified in the Constitution of the United States: "No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States." http://www.usconstitution.net/const.htmlI can see that a "strict constructionist" might have trouble with her qualifications, because at the time of the ratification of the constitution, women did not have the right to vote and by extension, might have been considered "not citizens".

Could you please list Sen. Clinton's experience and qualifications for being our president? Why is Hillary saddled with the "qualified and experienced" question - clearly our current President had none and he ended up President.
(...and he certainly didn't learn to be President thru osmosis from his dad.) Why should Hillary be required to have experience? Our beloved 43rd President didn't require much experience to be President today. Why should the woman require more experience than our current male President?
