Matt Drudge who's name has come up in this thread a lot is very anti-corporation - so I don't think he'd be helping ABC out.

Rick, are you sure about Mr. Drudge being anti-corporation? He is the world's leading model of the term Pro-Corporation! That guy has more money than Mickey Mouse...so I just find it hard to believe. I listen to Mr. Drudge on the radio from time-to-time. Maybe we're thinking of two different Matt Drudge? Mr. Drudge sounds a weeeeeeee bit on the neo-con side to me. Must have been something in my booze, like water, messin with my head when I listened to Mr. Drudge.

Oh, Rick...I've been wrong about Forty Bazillion times so...you could be right. I've never looked at any bio on Mr. Drudge so...like, have you? I mean, have I just been having my occasional 60's flashback when listening to Mr. Drudge or what?

I'm positve - see paragraph 7.

Looks like you might be right 2wins:

Drudge’s own influence stems from the fact that he loves news, in a way that great newspeople do, and his news sensibility is extremely sophisticated. When he was a kid, he figured out that though thousands of people get murdered, only a few murders are news. One role model seems to be Rupert Murdoch, whom he praises for understanding that newspapers have to be fun. “[Murdoch] brings [news] alive. It’s not dull,” Drudge says, his voice thrilling.

ABC's Chris Cuomo: Prince Harry 'Expendable'

Quote
"Good Morning America" co-host Chris Cuomo joked on Monday's show that Britain's Prince Harry "has been over in Afghanistan fighting because he's expendable." Fellow host Robin Roberts appeared somewhat shocked by the comment and sputtered, "What did you say?" Cuomo, who was previewing an ABC special on the royals, didn't back off his assertion and reiterated, "It's true. The reason that Harry is allowed to be in Afghanistan is because he's not the heir to the throne. William's not allowed to be there."

Just noticed this thread and not going to take the time to read all that has been posted before, but just had to note:

media ethics

I looked it up in my Funk and Wagnalls and all it said was:
"see oxymoron".

Well, Rick...seems that you are correcto-mundo and it still surprises me. I've never heard him voice an anti-corp opinion or belief on his radio program...and the article you presented clearly says that he is. So with that being said... Bow to you.

Welp, es no problemo para me, señor! [Linked Image from i48.photobucket.com]. One reason for your confusion Austin, is that the article to which I linked, states that the "radio Matt" is a persona - therefore, you're not getting the real Matt Drudge.
