2wins, I'm not at all saying this woman should be supressed.

I'm saying an article like this doesn't deserve publication, particularly as a serious piece, in a national newspaper. "Allow the absurdity to flourish?" Why waste the column space?

The Post editor has been reported as saying "well, we didn't really mean to publish it as a serious article, really, kindof" - but they haven't gone any further than that, either, and they haven't labelled the piece as anything other than "opinion."

2wins, this writer is not stating any opinion other than the one that women are dumb. There is no need to squash that opinion, but neither is there a reason to publish it, either.
