you're countin' on living 70 more years? with that kind of optimism, i believe i'd do some averaging and cheer TF up!
No Stootch my friend, I don't expect to make it even to mid-century, but I am thinking of my children, and their children.
I'm just hoping that my children's children will make it through to the other side, and I am hoping that they will take enough pity on me when I am old and useless that they will take me in.
Maybe they will remember that I stood for something.
Maybe they will pass along some of what I stood for to their children, and maybe some of it will stick.
