Shouldn't the Speaker of the House "allow" the "process" to decide the impeachment issue - instead of her looking down the road and coming to her own conclusion independently? It's the same philosophy the Democrats have used in every hassle with Bush since they became the majority in both houses. We don't have enough votes to override a veto, so we might as well give him what he wants. PS I'd be voting against him every time and forcing a veto before I'd give up.
