Not to worry, Joe. We are still under an Executive Order declaring a National Emergency on Sept 23, 2001. And as if that were not enough, Mr. Bush declared another national emergency o...curity posed by the situation in Kosovo.

This latest declaration of national emergency is inconsequential, as is Ray McGovern's 397th prediction that we will attack Iran soon. There are certain other indications however that are consequential, such as the evidence presented by Seymour Hersh in recent interviews.
